JOB The City of Aiken is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Public Services Department. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Operates a variety of heavy equipmentEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and policies of the City of AikenSafe operation of garbage truck, knuckle boom loader, sweeper, roll off truck, leaf vacuum and other heavy equipmentMaintains equipment in good operating conditionReports required maintenance as neededPrepares required documentation SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION This position is subject to a criminal background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.
