Heavy Equipment Operator (must have 3+ experience in Heavy Civil Experience)

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and construction site experience.This role involves operating various types of machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks performed. Duties Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators on construction sites. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Safely and efficiently direct your operations and those within your area of operation Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Follow instructions from site supervisors and contribute to the overall success of the project. Experience Previous experience in construction site operations is essential.
