Our Shop team ensures that field crews have safe, functional, and reliable equipment. You'll play a critical role in supporting field crews by keeping our fleet operational, reliable, and ready to perform. You'll work independently and as part of a small team to handle repairs and maintenance. The Opportunity We are hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic for 2nd shift at our Otsego, MN location to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles and machinery used in ecological restoration. From dozers and excavators to UTVs and chainsaws, your work will ensure our teams stay safe and productive in the field. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical expertise, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair both in the shop and on the jobsite.
