Help Desk/Low Voltage Technician

Company Description Lattis Networks, founded in 1999 and based on California's Central Coast, is an IT Managed Services company specializing in network deployment and administration, audio/visual systems, physical security, and both cloud and on-premises server infrastructure. Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk/Low Voltage Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in Atascadero, CA. This role is a balance between in-office help desk work - fielding day-to-day support queries from clients, provide prompt resolutions and excellent customer service - and low voltage on-site work deploying and troubleshooting network, camera, physical security, server, and audio/visual systems. Our desired candidate would be highly motivated, detail oriented, and adaptable; capable of tackling complex tasks efficiently. The role includes collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure prompt and efficient resolution to IT-related problems, as well as maintaining accurate documentation for all troubleshooting and support activities. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Windows Operating System proficiency Knowledge of basic command-line troubleshooting Strong networking fundamentals Experience with Cisco/Meraki hardware preferred Previous experience in IT support or related fields preferred 4-year degree in Information Technology or equivalent job experience Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Server+, CCNA, or other IT credentials are an advantage
