Hello, Hope you are doing well.Role:Location:Key Requirements:2years of experience in desktop/field support Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Hands-on with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting Experience with MDM tools (Intune, AirWatch) Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred) Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals) Responsibilities:Provide onsite technical support and break-fix services Handle hardware/software/network issues Support VIP users with white-glove service Manage IT assets, inventory, and ServiceNow tickets Assist with onboarding, deployments, and IT projects Additional Notes:Must be comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs) Flexible for travel and occasional after-hours support Job Type:Contract Pay:$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
