Role:Help Desk Technician (Law firm exp req) Exp:2-5 yrs Salary:$75,000 - $95,000 (base) comprehensive benefit package Work Authorization:US citizen Location:Bergen County, New Jersey (Occasional travel to other firm offices may be required) MANDATORY SKILLS: 2-5 years of help desk or desktop support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Experience with iManage strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset Exceptional attention to detail and consistent documentation habits Ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot efficiently, and manage multiple requests Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Job Type:Full-time Pay:$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
