Job Description
Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Helpdesk Analyst. The Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients by addressing technical issues, troubleshooting desktop computer problems, and ensuring smooth operation of help desk functions. The role includes resolving customer inquiries promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Technical Support and Help Desk Support Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Desktop Computers Customer Support experience with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and software Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Familiarity with IT best practices is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are an advantage
