Job Description & Requirements Hematology - Oncology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00 This facility is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 8a-5pm - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - Site is flexible on the 3 days, please list the 3 days your provider can cover Practice Setting: Community Outpatient Clinic Type of cases and required procedures: Managing existing hematology and oncology patients for a physician who is Average patients per day: 20-23 Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC, Beacon Certifications required: Board Certified Required and Basic Life Support Licensure required: Must have active Washington license or active compact letter Facility Location Surrounded by snow-covered peaks and sparkling bays, Seattle is one of the West’s most alluring cities.
