Production Chef Morning Prep Position Denver | French & Spanish Rotisserie & Seafood Restaurant We are a small, busy French and Spanish restaurant in Denver specializing in rotisserie chicken, seafood, and seasonal preparations. We are looking for a reliable and organized Production Chef to join our morning team. This is a part-time prep-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and helping set the kitchen up for a successful service. Schedule 5 mornings per week Approximately 4 hours per shift Pay: $20/hour Responsibilities include: Daily prep and production Butchery and vegetable prep Sauces, stocks, and basic kitchen production Maintaining cleanliness and organization Supporting the chefs in daily kitchen operations Ideal candidate: Has professional kitchen experience Works quickly and cleanly Is dependable and punctual Enjoys small-team restaurant environments Has pride in consistency and preparation Experience with French, Spanish, or seafood cooking is appreciated but not required.
