Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions or special instructions Provide companionship and emotional support to patients Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up patient's living space Help with medical documentation and maintain accurate records of patient care Requirements: Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred but not required Knowledge of catheter care, dementia care, memory care, tube feeding, and medical documentation is a plus Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
