Plan, Prepare and Deliver Instruction (curriculum guides, lesson plans, daily objectives, whole group, small group and individual instruction, project based learning, differentiated instruction, formative and summative assessment, etc.) Student Management and Organization (classroom management strategies and procedures, adherence to school discipline plan) Student Growth and Development (Character education, academic feedback, and timely and accurate maintenance of student records) Communication (parent communication, maintenance of MyGoodpasture SMS, scheduled conferences) Professional Growth and Development (attendance at all staff development, faculty meetings, and other professional growth opportunities, maintenance of professional development hours for licensure/certification, maintenance of TN state license) Instructional Technology (implementation of instructional strategies that incorporate technology in the classroom) Classroom Environment (maintain and organize classroom and shared facilities) Student Supervision (maintain a safe and secure environment where all students are supervised and monitored during instruction) Extra Curricular (assist with and supervise extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs and student organizations) Other Assigned Duties (any additional duties not specified herein that may be assigned by the school administration) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
