Responsibilities include Conducting thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to gather essential data and inform interventions Designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs Providing consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to ensure best practices in behavior management Maintaining consistent progress monitoring, data analysis, and detailed documentation to track outcomes and compliance Collaborating with IEP teams, participating in meetings, and contributing your expertise to help the team create supportive learning environments Preferred qualifications: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and state licensure Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach working alongside multidisciplinary teams A commitment to evidence-based practices and fostering positive, inclusive support for students across educational levels This school-based contract position offers an engaging, supportive work atmosphere serving students and staff across various grade levels.
