Job Summary We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable tutors to join our Illinois team. You will work one-on-one with students to support their academic success across a range of subjects, tailoring your approach to fit individual learning styles. Key Responsibilities: Provide academic support based on expertise and alignment with the Illinois curriculum standards. Design and deliver customized tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects. Offer remedial or enrichment instruction based on each student's needs. Assign supplemental materials to enhance understanding and retention. Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to report on student progress and goals. Qualifications & Skills We are looking for certified educators, subject matter experts (e.g., engineers, graduate students), and soon-to-be teachers who meet the following criteria:
