What You’ll Be Responsible For This role owns the full sales cycle. Phase 1 — Strategic Prospecting Build and manage a pipeline of qualified buyers: Corporate Event Planners DMCs Experiential Agencies Marketing Directors Conference Organizers Hospitality Groups HR & Internal Culture Teams You will identify ideal fit companies using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Industry databases Event platforms Conference research Strategic outreach systems Phase 2 — Relationship Development Execute high touch outreach through: LinkedIn Email Strategic follow up Referral conversations Networking opportunities Your objective is simple: Start conversations that lead to discovery calls. Phase 3 — Consultative Closing You will Lead discovery conversations Position premium value Overcome objections professionally Sell reliability, execution, and brand safety Close high ticket corporate contracts This is NOT transactional selling. Base Commission 20% commission on all closed business Typical payout: $1,000–$4,000+ per closed deal Performance Accelerators To reward producers, commission increases based on performance: Close 3 deals in one month → commission increases to 22% Close 5+ deals in one month → commission increases to 25% Multi event contracts and retained partnerships receive bonus payouts Residual Opportunity If a client you close books additional events within 12 months: You continue earning on the relationship.
