HIM Tech/Full Time/Day Shift

Position Summary:Chart Scanning Technician is primarily responsible for scanning all records into the Meditech on a daily basis.This position will maintain daily workflow, insuring that records are scanned in a timely and efficient manner to avoid delay in further processing.Position Qualifications:High school graduate required with some previous work experience in Health Information Management preferred.Training:At least 3 months under supervision HIM Manager until competency is observed.Abilities and Skills:Must be able to work at CRT most of the day.Must be able to operate computer keyboard.Must be able to deal with detailed work.Experience:HIM experience preferred..
