This paid position offers a chance to grow your skills in a vibrant workplace where your contributions truly matter.Duties Manage calendar schedules using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, coordinating appointments and meetings efficiently Provide executive administrative support by preparing documents, proofreading materials, and handling transcription tasks with precision Organize and maintain filing systems--both digital and physical--to ensure quick access to important information Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and practicing professional phone etiquette Assist with event planning and project coordination to support company initiatives and special events Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to keep financial records accurate and up-to-date Support office management activities such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a tidy workspace Utilize Office experience and computer literacy skills to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency Conduct proofreading of correspondence and documents to ensure clarity and professionalism Manage client or customer inquiries with excellent customer service skills, fostering positive relationships Experience Previous administrative experience in an office setting is required; experience as a personal assistant is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and DocuSign for electronic signatures Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic accounting functions Excellent typing speed combined with strong attention to detail for data entry, transcription, and proofreading tasks Experience managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office management procedures is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us today in this exciting role where your organizational talents will shine!
