OverviewWe are seeking motivated and reliable Independent Cleaners (1099 contractors) to join our team.This flexible opportunity is for residential cleaning.Ideal candidates are experienced in cleaning with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your assignments and manage your schedule.Why Ivory Cleaning Competitive pay:$80 for Studio cleaning; $240for larger homes (and more with add-ons) Guaranteed Bookings Hands-Off Admin:We handle payments, leads, follow-ups--you just clean and cash out.$50 bonus for 5cleanings in a week, and $50 bonus for referring other cleaners Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across all assigned sites Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely Complete documentation of completed work and communicate any issues or needs for supplies Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning Experience with commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation to reach various job sites Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Join our team as an independent cleaner and enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule while delivering exceptional cleaning services.Pay:$80.00 - $240.00 per day Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
