Role Description This part-time hybrid position, based in Houston, TX, provides flexibility for remote work while requiring periodic in-office presence. The Hiring Recruiter/HR will oversee the recruitment process, sourcing talent which includes research, posting and attending outreach events, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee documentation, assisting with HR compliance, and supporting organizational initiatives to enhance the workplace culture. The role is a critical part of ensuring a positive employee experience and meeting organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Strong organizational and documentation skills, particularly for maintaining employee records Knowledge of HR compliance, onboarding, and workplace policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with candidates and team members Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Prior experience working in mental health or non-profit organizations is a plus
