HM Post Closing Spec

**Job Title: HM Post Closing Spec Location: Franklin, TN, 37067 Duration: 02-Month Contract (extension likely based on performance) Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM** Responsibilities Manage warehouse unpurchased loan pipelines Obtain necessary documentation to perfect a loan for delivery to Investors or Insurance with an agency Perform compliance and ad hoc audits Provide suspense and error trend analysis to the Operations Centers Address issues which may arise after loan closing Clear investor or agency suspense conditions Work with EMB lenders, title companies or counties to address outstanding final documents Work with borrowers to address loan deficiencies to allow insuring or guaranty of government loans Manage the escrow holdback process Perform compliance audits Order property inspections on properties located in disaster areas Resolve issues which arise post - closing Review and audit required closing documents from closing agents Ensure all funding conditions have been satisfied Review and audit all original and final CD closing disclosure for any changes Ensure all loan documents meet applicable FAMC, State and Federal compliance regulations Coordinate with closing agent and broker to gather any missing items at closing Perform final document follow up Release funding number to closing agent once all reviews and audits are complete Conduct disaster inspections Experience Required Review and audit required closing documents from closing Agents and ensure all funding conditions have been satisfied including reviewing and auditing all original and final CD closing disclosure for any changes. Ensure all Loan documents meet applicable FAMC, State and Federal compliance regulations. Coordinate with closing agent and broker to gather any missing items at closing. Final document follow up. Release Funding number to closing agent Once all Reviews and audits are complete. Disaster Inspections.
