KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES Communication Specialist:Respond to incoming calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate destination; maintain efficient communication within, to, and from the hotel.Service Champion:Approach all guest and employee encounters with friendliness and professionalism; maintain a warm and courteous demeanor at all times.Information Resource:Provide accurate information about the hotel and surrounding area; be familiar with emergency and VIP procedures.Privacy Protector:Maintain guest privacy at all times; handle messages and faxes according to standards.Operations Support:Serve as radio dispatcher; record and relay guest requests; maintain daily activity logs and efficient filing systems.Front Desk Assistant:Assist with front desk procedures, including bucket checks and other duties as assigned by the Front Desk manager.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.Strong multitasking skills and initiative.Effective problem-solving abilities and deadline management.Ability to assimilate and adjust complex information to meet specific needs.Proficient in basic arithmetic and financial data.After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following:Now offering Daily Pay!
