Holster Production Worker (Bandsaw / Router Experience Required)

Position Overview The Holster Production Worker is the backbone of our organization.This role is responsible for crafting high-quality holsters with a level of precision and consistency unmatched in the industry.We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience using bandsaws and table routers, along with a strong understanding of safe operation.The right candidate will also be cross-trained in Holster Thermoforming & Holster Smith, learning the full production process from our top craftsmen.Key Responsibilities Operate bandsaws and table routers safely and efficiently Operate Thermoforming machine safely and efficiently Cut, fold, buff, and assemble holsters with attention to detail Package finished products for shipment Maintain consistent quality standards (after training) Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Report safety concerns immediately Clean and maintain personal workstations daily Participate in shared cleaning of common areas Requirements Experience operating bandsaws and/or table routers Strong understanding of tool safety and proper use Respectful and professional attitude Flexible mindset (small team environment) Strong can-do work ethic Good manual dexterity Willingness to learn and be cross-trained Ability to stand for 8 hours per day (indoor/outdoor) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Punctual and reliable- (required) Reliable transportation-(required) Team-oriented High school diploma or GED (required) Must pass a background check/drug test Comfortable working with power tools Preferred (Not Required) Familiarity with firearms Experience in woodworking, metalworking, or similar trades Experience using buffers or polishing equipment Benefits 5 paid sick days Paid vacation (accrues up to 7 days per year) Paid holidays after 180 days of employment About CYA Supply Co.CYA Supply Co.is a veteran- and family-owned business founded in 2015.We manufacture high-quality concealed carry products and are sold through major retailers such as Amazon and Academy Sports & Outdoors, as well as local gun shops nationwide.Our mission is to provide reliable gear that helps customers defend what matters most.How to Apply Our facility is a closed facility -- do not apply in person.Please submit:Resume (minimum 5 years of work history) 3 professional references (no friends or family) Additional Details Job Type:Full-time Education:High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience:Woodworking / hand tools:1 year (preferred) License/Certification:Valid driver's license (required) Ability to Commute:San Antonio, TX 78250 (required) Pay:From $16.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Bandsaw and Router or other similar equipment :1 year (Required) Ability to Commute:San Antonio, TX 78250 (Required) Work Location:In person.
