We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) interested in per diem, flexible scheduling as we begin serving clients across the North Shore. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a new and growing agency where caregivers will help shape the culture and standards of care from the beginning. Job Type Per Diem Flexible scheduling Pay $22 – $28 per hour (depending on experience) Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility and transfer assistance Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition Document care according to agency standards Qualifications Active Massachusetts CNA certification Compassionate and dependable Strong communication skills Ability to work independently in client homes Reliable transportation preferred Home care or long-term care experience preferred Service Area North Shore Massachusetts including Middleton Danvers Salem Peabody Surrounding communities Why Work With Hands of Hope?
