Home Care Coordinator Location: Detroit, Michigan At Peace Healthcare Agency is currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Home Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Detroit, Michigan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating client care services, supporting caregivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the agency.
