Home Care Physical Therapist (PRN, Days)

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana. Must stay current in CPR training. Mental/Physical Effort: Must be able to deal with situations which necessitate independent decisions. Requires periods of physical exertion and stamina to work effectively under adverse conditions. Use of good body mechanics is used when lifting and transferring patients.
