MEDSTAR HEALTH seeks a Home Care Speech Therapist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment of adults with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop evidence-based care plans, deliver one-on-one therapy, and educate patients and caregivers to support safe independence at home.
