Responsibilites Skills Extensive experience with residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting, and industrial coating processes.Proficiency in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, sanders; as well as power tools including drills and saws.Strong knowledge of construction estimating to assess project needs accurately.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with confidence.Skilled in plastering, stucco application, fixture installation, caulking techniques, and trim carpentry.Familiarity with renovation projects involving framing carpentry, masonry work, concrete finishing, welding, and maintenance tasks.Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise application; understanding of color theory for aesthetic consistency.Handyman experience is a plus--demonstrating versatility across various construction tasks, replacing gutters, pouring concrete and painting Knowledge of airless paint spraying methods for efficient large-scale applications.Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship elevates spaces!
