Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for those with varying needs, including the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring hospice care. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to client dietary needs. Support clients in daily activities, including light housekeeping and laundry services. Monitor and record vital signs as needed, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Medication Reminders Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including those with developmental disabilities. Skills Experience in home care or nursing home settings is preferred. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and developmental challenges. Proficient in assisting with daily living activities while promoting client independence. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic health care practices.
