Home Health Aide (HHA) – Resident Transport Join Our Team as a Home Health Aide at The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist with the safe transport of residents within and outside the facility. This is a vital role that ensures residents arrive safely to appointments, activities, and therapy sessions while providing friendly and supportive care. This position is primarily focused on resident transportation , making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with seniors and supporting their mobility and well-being.
