Part Time Manual Labor Genesee County NY, Batavia, NY, US Salary Range: $18.65 To $22.00 Hourly Role and Responsibilities Provide personal care and supportive services to individuals in the community , in the privacy of their home. Essential Functions Provide health - related services as outlined in the plan of care , authorized by a physician , and established by a registered nurse or licensed therapist , under the direction of the Aide Matrix established by the NYS Department of Health. Provide assistance with personal hygiene, housekeeping and/or other related supportive tasks to a patient with health care needs in his/her home. Immediately report changes in client’s condition to supervising professional. Ensure the safety of the client , clie nt’s family and/or the employee. Maintain HIP A A. Complete and submit necessary patient documentation including charting tasks and observations on android device. Attend ongoing in-service programs in a timely manner , to maintain certification. All other duties as assigned.
