We are currently seeking experienced and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) in PALM BEACH COUNTY and surrounding areas. Position Summary: As an HHA with Preferred Home Care of Florida, you will assist patients with personal hygiene and bathing as prescribed in their Medicare care plans as well as other ADLS. Responsibilities Provide Medicare-compliant bath visits in patients’ homes Provide ADLs in the home Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic skin care Observe and promptly report changes in the patient’s condition Maintain accurate visit documentation per agency and Medicare standards Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and respect during care Qualifications Current Florida HHA certificate or CNA license Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Negative TB test and Level 2 background screening Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or personal care (preferred) Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and professionally What We Offer Flexible, part-time or per diem schedule Competitive per-visit pay Opportunities for additional visits and case assignments if desired This agency is independently owned and operated.
