Job Description
Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services - Optage is seeking a Home Health Clinical Administrator to join their team. The Clinical Administrator provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all clinical operations within the Home Health agency. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that is effective, safe, and compliant with federal, state, and agency standards. The Clinical Administrator serves as a key member of the leadership team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and patientcentered care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the site. Responsibilities The Clinical Administrator oversees clinical processes, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the effective functioning of specialty clinics and associated clinical staff. Key Responsibilities included but are not limited to: Lead, direct, and evaluate all clinical operations to ensure patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Provide direct supervision of specialty clinics and private pay services (i.e. vaccine clinics, foot care clinics, etc), ensuring clinical services are delivered effectively and consistently. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient outcomes and service delivery. Monitor customer outcomes and lead performance improvement initiatives. Participate in the Quality Assessment and Performance (QAPI) program. Coordinate clinical services and programs with other health professionals inside and outside the organization. Coordinate interdisciplinary care to ensure continuity and quality of services. Ensure that care is delivered in accordance with the individualized plan of care and physician orders Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program, Bachelor’s (BSN) or Master’s degree preferred. Current professional licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) of practice and oversight. 5 years of direct care experience in home health or related field, preferred. 2-3 years leadership experience in health care or related field, preferred. Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, regulatory compliance, quality programs, employee development, client and family support systems, and community outreach. Demonstrated working knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement, qualifications, and best practices. Ability to work cooperatively with other health care providers, staff, family, and residents/clients. Must have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR). Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $96,533 - $120,682 yearly. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
