Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are hiring dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team in Massachusetts. Key duties include wound care, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, IV Therapy, and educating patients/families, often working independent to support daily living activities and patient independence. Key Qualifications License: Active LPN or LVN license in the state of practice. Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Experience: Previous home health, acute care, or long-term care experience is often preferred. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, independent decision-making abilities, and effective communication. Travel: Reliable transportation to visit multiple patient homes per day
