Home Health Nurse

Role Description This is a PRN remote role for a Home Health Nurse (RN or LVN) at Southern Touch Home Health. As a Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing, medicine administration, wound care, and patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. Your main goal will be to assist patients in their healing process and ensure their overall well-being. Qualifications Nursing and Patient Care skills Experience in Home Care and Wound Care Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and remotely Strong communication and interpersonal skills Current and valid nursing license BLS certification Experience in home health or similar setting is a plus State Certification in Nursing Job Type: Contract Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
