Job Description
Medicare-certified home healthcare agency looking for experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our teams in multiple locations - Lynn and Boston area. This is a Per Diem position. This is a per diem position with flexible hours, visit work schedules and excellent reimbursement package. Our clinicians can choose their preferred geographical area to do home care visits. Completes initial and ongoing assessments to determine the level of functioning. Prepares clinical and progress notes that are legible, accurate, and complete and submits them in a timely manner according to agency policy. Develops and revises the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care team members. Evaluates and documents the effectiveness and outcomes of care. Per diem position, Preferred Locations, Flexible Schedule Pay $55-$85 per visit (routine/eval visits) Required Licenses/Certifications: Current CPR required Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required Prior experience in home health care preferred Valid state driver’s license Must have a reliable car with insurance coverage.
