Supportive Team Environment We value our clinicians and provide opportunities that fit your lifestyle and professional goals.Position Overview As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting to help improve their independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life.We have immediate patient needs across Houston and surrounding communities.Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and safety techniques Complete timely and accurate documentation using WellSky/Kinnser EMR Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate patient care Requirements Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) License Current CPR Certification Home Health experience preferred Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR is a plus Reliable transportation Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Ideal Candidate We are looking for clinicians who are:Compassionate and patient-focused Independent and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Excellent communicators with strong clinical judgment Why This Opportunity Stands Out This position is ideal for clinicians who want to:?
