Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team.As a Registered Nurse - Home Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while promoting health and wellness.Responsibilities Complete all OASIS visits.Submit all notes within 7 calendar days Attend a weekly case conference call Skills - Experience in geriatric care or primary care. Ability to ventilate and dialyze patients. Knowledge of ICD-10 coding. Experience in medical offices and home health settings. Strong understanding of case management principles and practices. Ability to administer aliment and perform other treatments as required. Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment and cardiac catheterization procedures. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
