The team takes pride in building lasting therapeutic partnerships founded on trust and exceptional care. Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Home Infusion Nurse. In this position, you will manage and administer in-home infusion therapies and specialty injections across diverse age groups. Responsibilities include delivering expert direct patient care, managing infusion treatments, collaborating with healthcare partners, and monitoring patient health outcomes. You will also play a vital role in educating patients and their families on treatment plans while prioritizing patient advocacy and safety. Qualifications Strong background in Nursing and proficiency in Home Infusion care Experience with Medicine administration and Critical Care Medicine Skills in providing Direct Patient Care with professionalism and empathy Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse patient needs and home healthcare environments Current and unrestricted nursing license and relevant certifications Previous experience in rare or chronic condition therapies is a plus Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Familiarity with monitoring patient labs and collaborating with medical teams
