Role Description This is a remote, contract-based role for a Home Inspector. The Home Inspector will conduct comprehensive property inspections, document findings, and generate detailed reports for clients. The role includes assessing the condition of residential properties, identifying potential issues, and communicating recommendations. Building strong client relationships and ensuring high customer service standards will be a key responsibility. Qualifications Must be a certified home inspector with Internachi or ASHI. Experience in Property Inspections and general Inspection processes Knowledge of Property Management and understanding of real estate systems Skills in New Business Development and building strong professional networks Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to convey technical details clearly to clients Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, manage schedules effectively, and meet deadlines Experience with relevant inspection tools and technology is a plus.
