This is a "paid per job completed" position only. No cold-calling, no appointment setting, no collecting payments. We will fill your schedule based on your availability. We are looking for a Home Inspector to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting four point and wind mitigation inspections using our established process. You must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. This is a 1099 contract position. Paid by the job, there is no salary or hourly rate. We use our own in-house inspection report software. Must have your own reliable transportation. This position covers the Tampa and Saint Petersburg area. Florida Home Inspector license required. Liability insurance required. InterNACHI or FABI membership preferred. Newly licensed inspectors encouraged to apply. We will train the right person.
