Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Home Renovator, where your expertise will transform living spaces and bring homeowners’ visions to life! Responsibilities Perform comprehensive home renovation tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, painting, and finishing work. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete various construction activities. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution of projects. Conduct construction inspections to monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, glass panels, and hardware with precision. Manage on-site activities including heavy equipment operation, concrete forming and finishing, masonry work, roofing, stucco application, and restoration projects. Collaborate with clients and team members to coordinate schedules, materials procurement using construction estimating techniques, and project timelines. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial construction with a strong background in remodeling or renovation projects. Proficiency with bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation. Skilled in various trades including carpentry (frame and trim), plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding, drywall installation (plastering), caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, stucco application, concrete finishing, fabrication and glass installation. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide on-site work. Familiarity with construction management principles for overseeing project progress effectively. Experience operating heavy equipment and power tools safely on construction sites. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations relevant to residential renovations.
