MUST HAVE TRUCK AND LADDER TO BE ELIGIBLE Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows across commercial and residential properties.Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure our clients' spaces shine brightly, enhancing their overall environment.This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your cleaning skills while contributing to a professional, fast-paced team dedicated to excellence.Duties Clean windows of various sizes and heights using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring streak-free results Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and extension poles safely to reach high or difficult areas Prepare work areas by setting up safety barriers and securing equipment before beginning cleaning tasks Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks around work sites to maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met, making touch-ups as necessary Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any damages or shortages promptly Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles with a focus on window cleaning Skilled in using cleaning tools, squeegees, scrapers, and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely and confidently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Excellent safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures in elevated work environments Good physical stamina for standing, climbing ladders, reaching, and working at heights for extended periods Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions accurately Join us in creating brighter spaces!
