About Us:We are a fast-growing home staging company dedicated to transforming spaces into beautifully styled homes that attract buyers.Our team prides itself on attention to detail, elegant design, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in every property we touch.Position Overview:We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Home Staging Assistant with a keen eye for design and styling.This role involves placing decorative items, organizing spaces, putting bedding together, and steaming linens.Responsibilities:Thoughtfully place decor such as artwork, accessories, pillows, and tabletop items Make beds to a high visual standard using layered bedding techniques Steam bedding and light fabrics to ensure a crisp, polished look Organize and tidy areas to enhance visual appeal Follow staging plans and collaborate with the lead stager on site Maintain cleanliness and care of decor and staging inventory Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility Experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, or similar fields is a plus Comfortable using a steamer and working with textiles Organized, dependable, and able to follow direction Friendly and professional demeanor when on-site Ability to be on your feet and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Schedule:Hours vary based on project needs; typically weekdays between 9am-5pm Flexible part-time availability preferred Why Join Us?
