Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Home Staging Assistant to join our vibrant interior design and real estate enhancement team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming residential spaces to maximize their appeal and market value.Your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for design will help clients present their homes in the best possible light, accelerating sales and elevating property aesthetics.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in interior styling, project coordination, and design technology within a collaborative environment committed to excellence.Duties Assist lead designer in preparing homes for staging by arranging furniture, decor, bedding and accessories Actively be involved with the installation and de-installation of each staging job with duties that involves but not limited to packing, lifting and unpacking accessories, bedding, furniture and art placement and hanging.Need to be able to lift upto 40 lbs Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of staging projects while maintaining high standards of quality Maintain inventory of staging supplies, bedding and pillows, and decor items, ensuring everything is organized and ready for use You will be responsible for social media, that is posting stages on Instagram and Facebook You need a valid drivers license and will be asked to drive to some stages.Gas will be compensated accordingly Experience Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members Prior experience in home staging, real estate marketing, or interior decorating is a plus but not required Need to be enthusiastic and a team player Join us as a Home Staging Assistant and be part of a creative team dedicated to transforming spaces into captivating showcases that sell!
