,Home Staging Assistant Are you just starting out in a home staging career? Our successful home staging business is looking for a Home Staging Assistant to support the Lead Stager.As a staging company, we work mostly with high-end developments; Installing furniture and accessories to help bring life to a vacant home preparing to enter the Greater Boston/North Shore area real estate market.We are looking for a self motivated, resourceful, organized individual to be able to support the Lead Stager as they design, plan and install the staging of a unit.Responsibilities include but not limited to:keeping inventory organized Packing and unpacking accessories/d cor at the warehouse for various projects Unloading packed buckets/setting up @ job sites Loading empty buckets & packing up for removal @ job sites Finishing touches at project sites (ex:cleaning, hanging pictures, adding furniture pads and inventory stickers, quick store runs if needed, etc.) This position also includes duties at our warehouse to be kept up with weekly.Close up loose ends from jobs during the week like the excess d cor in buckets brought back from finished jobs if needed, tidy all work spaces up for preparation of next Job.Experience working with or for Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Ethan Allen, for exampleconsidered a plus.Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, take some direction but also have Initiative and get the job done on time and budget.Hours vary a great deal per Season, 10 - 20 hours, potential for more!! Work Location:Multiple locations Work Remotely No Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse, job sites and other locations as needed.Personal vehicle may be used to transport items.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.This job requires you to stand, squat, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$15.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
