About Us Caravane / Bespoke Interior Staging is an interior design retailer and staging company based in San Francisco, with warehousing in San Rafael. Our retail and warehousing teams work collaboratively across home staging, interior design, and retail. The clients we serve rely on our expertise in creative design, prep-to-sell, and home remodel. The Opportunity We are looking for a Home Staging Stylist and Manager — a hands-on leadership role for someone with five or more years of residential home staging experience. The right candidate has a keen eye for scale, can envision furniture and décor quickly, make confident design edits, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This role is for someone experienced in styling homes, working with teams, and guiding and elevating colleagues — and who, over time, will grow into broader prep-to-sell strategy with agents. This is not a desk job. The right candidate leads by example, has beautiful taste, communicates well, and genuinely finds joy in being part of an active, collaborative team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead the planning, organization, and execution of staging installations and visual strategies Supervise teams on staging procedures and inventory management to ensure a seamless workflow Manage scheduling and workflow to maximize team productivity while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Serve as a hands-on visual leader within the staging team Style and edit homes for buyer appeal Partner with the lead designer on creative direction and overall staging excellence Guide, support, and elevate stylists and the moving team through example, judgment, and collaboration Contribute to install and takedown days Ensure each project is complete, cohesive, intentional, clean, and market-ready before leaving the site Must Haves 5+ years of direct home staging experience Strong visual and spatial judgment, with a clear sense of how to create buyer-resonant, market-ready spaces Confidence making on-site styling decisions independently A collaborative leadership style with maturity and a calm presence Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with a team Genuine enjoyment of active, hands-on work Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Spanish language proficiency a plus The Right Candidate Leads without ego Cares about details but can also move with pace Likes being in motion and part of the work Understands that beautiful outcomes come from creativity, physical effort, and high standards working together Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, salaried position Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed Based in San Rafael, with projects throughout the Bay Area Physical Requirements Able to be on your feet and active for much of the day Ability to carry styling bins and objects up to 25 lbs Ability to navigate stairs Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
