Essential Functions of the Job:Call Log:Completes 125 calls a day Contracts:Obtains 36 contracts a year Add new Prospective Clients:Adds 25 new clients/month Documents CRM thoroughly displaying valid and valuable data Persistent positive follow up calls/emails with prospective clients consistently Communicate and continuously collaborate with assigned Home Care Division Office Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team This position will be calling out to:(Area:Western PA) Hospitals:Patient Advocates Discharge Planners Service Coordinators Attorney's Offices Trust Companies Independent Living Complexes Senior Care Centers Community Centers Retirement Communities Requirements:General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment Excellent oral and written communication skills Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals Physical Demands:Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Work environment:Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.Job Type:Full-time Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Delmont, PA 15626 (Required) Work Location:In person.
