Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 Location: Valparaiso, IN (46383) - serving Northwest Indiana & surrounding counties Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 26, 2026 - July 25, 2026) Position Type: Travel Homecare RN / Home Health RN Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed 30-40 hours) Shift Duration: 8 hours On-Call / Weekend: Rotating weekend on-call Travel: Mileage reimbursed between patient visits (valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required) Dress Code: Black scrubs required Job Requirements / Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (Indiana RN) Associate's degree in Nursing or higher (ADN or BSN preferred) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; home health or homecare experience preferred Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS training is a plus Strong communication, critical thinking, and professionalism in home health settings Ability to work independently in patient homes and travel within assigned counties Primary Responsibilities Perform comprehensive home health a
