Responsibilities Include: Meeting the total needs of the residents on the unit through the development and utilization of the nursing staff. Ensuring the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times. Properly utilizing resources (personnel and equipment) throughout the facility and making independent decisions in meeting these responsibilities. Qualifications Can Include: Graduate from an accredited nursing school or a nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Georgia. CPR/BLS certified. Current TB test. Satisfactory background check & professional references. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices/procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertains home care.
