Service Assistant / Advisor in Training - Keeler Honda Location:Latham, NY Schedule:Monday-Friday 12:00PM-9:00PM & every 3rd Saturday Pay:$20/hour overtime Keeler Honda is seeking an outgoing, dependable individual who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for customers.This is a great opportunity to join our Service Department as a Service Assistant / Advisor in Training, with strong potential for growth within our organization.We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, a strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.What You'll Do:Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude Assist with the service check-in process and communicate with the service team Open and close repair orders and loaner agreements Schedule service appointments Look up repair times and review warranty coverage Handle and protect sensitive customer information As needed:Pick up parts from local vendors Maintain a clean and organized service drive and lot Wash and vacuum customer vehicles to uphold dealership standards Perform quality control test drives Who You Are:Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Able to multitask and manage time effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Open to full-time or part-time availability What We Offer:Competitive pay starting at $20/hour overtime Opportunities for advancement within a respected dealership group Supportive, team-oriented work environment Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution #IND3.
