Job Summary Join our vibrant Lux Hookah team as a Hookah Server! We provide hookah services for outside events, lounges, and restaurants, offering a dynamic and flexible work environment. This paid position offers $15 per hour plus tips and gratuity in a fast paced nightlife setting. Duties Prepare and serve hookah ensuring quality standards are met consistently Engage with guests to recommend flavors and upsell additional products to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of hookah equipment, workstations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, providing attentive service to foster guest relations and ensure satisfaction Manage POS systems such as Square and cash handling accurately Assist with resetting stations to support smooth operations Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to proper hookah handling procedures and sanitation protocols at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in dining or nightclub environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Square Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions; attention to detail is essential for accuracy Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest services with a positive attitude and professional appearance Join us as a Hookah Server where your energy fuels memorable nights!
